He and A.J. discuss the member's omnibus resolution, Item 91, developed in response to the dual impact of SXSW's cancelation and COVID-19.

Set for Council consideration and vote on March 26, the resolution would direct City Manager Spencer Cronk to:

• Develop programs and consider options to support the small and local businesses and workers impacted by the cancellation of SXSW and the additional subsequent measures taken to address COVID-19; and

• Authorize the waiver or suspension of resolutions related to programs and policies cited in the resolution as necessary to effectuate this resolution.This episode was recorded remotely on March 24, 2020.
